This means that users need not feel guilty throwing them away when they get broken since the materials used in them break down and eventually turn to dust over time. Materials used in making Sprout watches include corn resin which has the same shelf life as plastics, organic cotton for straps, bamboo for its clock face, and mineral crystal for its protective lens. It also runs using a mercury free battery. The Sprout Watch Collection is available at Amazon with prices ranging from US$30 for the entry-level models and up to US$75 for high-end versions.
